• A security deposit of 400 BGN is required upon check-in (in cash). A receipt will be issued. The deposit is fully refundable upon check-out, subject to a property inspection and no damages.
• Guests are kindly requested to leave the kitchen, utensils, and shared areas clean. If this requirement is not met, a cleaning fee of 50–100 BGN may be deducted from the deposit, depending on the level of cleaning needed.
